Max Jacob Jongsma arrived into the world on January 2 at 3:04pm, weighing 8lbs 6oz, becoming the first baby of 2023 born at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Parents Sarah and Justin Jongsma were presented by Aimee Hilson, Senior Development Officer, WLMH Foundation with a certificate to the WLMH Foundation’s A Star is Born program. Their little star will be featured on the Wall of Fame in the Maternal and Newborn Care Department at WLMH.

Welcome baby Max!  The Foundation is thrilled to present West Lincoln Memorial Hospital’s first baby of 2023 with a certificate to our A Star is Born program.  The A Star is Born program commemorates the birth of a new baby and also supports the current equipment needs of our WLMH,’ states Pamela Ellens, Executive Director, WLMH Foundation.
