Our Pathway of Care invites you to support excellence in healthcare with recurring monthly or annual contributions. Your donations help provide state-of-the-art equipment and empower our medical staff to deliver exceptional care.
Pathway of Care Giving Plaques:

¾ Medium: Add a personal note of gratitude on your 5” x 7” oval
¾ Large: Add a heartfelt message or dedication can be noted on your 8” x 10” oval

Campus of Care: Exterior
Our outdoor pathway unites West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Deer Park Villa and McNally House Hospice, creating a shared connection path of healing and support. At its heart stands a central sculpture, representing compassionate care. The three connected figures symbolize: Healing: Hospital Care, Wisdom: Long-term Care, Comfort: Hospice Support.

Plaques can include a personal note of gratitude similar to the interior.
