At the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation, we are proud to join organizations across Canada in celebrating National Volunteer Week 2025, a time to recognize the incredible impact of our volunteers. This year’s theme, “Volunteers Make Waves,” perfectly captures the spirit and energy that our volunteers bring to our Foundation, our hospital, and our community.
Like water in constant motion, our volunteers create waves—sometimes powerful and bold, sometimes gentle and quiet—but always moving us forward. Each act of generosity, every shared skill, and every heartfelt gesture sends out ripples of positive change throughout West Niagara. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier future.
A Special Celebration: Smile Cookie Campaign
This week is extra special for the WLMH Foundation, as we have proudly partnered with Tim Hortons locations in Grimsby for the beloved Smile Cookie Campaign! Throughout the week, we will be showcasing our incredible volunteers who are lending their time and talents to decorate smile cookies and promote the campaign across Grimsby.
Our volunteers are the heart behind the smiles — helping us raise funds that will directly support West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Whether piping frosting onto cookies or sharing the campaign spirit in the community, every action creates ripples of kindness and care.
