This past December, Niagara Foot Care Clinic and Orthotic Centre launched a fundraising initiative for the Take it to the Finish … Building a Healthy Community Campaign in support of the new West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
For the month of December, the Niagara Foot Care Clinic and Orthotic Centre matched donations from their patients made to the new hospital campaign up to the first $1,500 with a goal of $3,000 during the month.
The goal was exceeded and a total of $5,000 was gifted to the WLMH Foundation for the new hospital campaign. Jim Marando and Spencer Farrow of the Niagara Foot Care Clinic and Orthotic Centre present the cheque to A.J. Jethva, Vice Chair Finance, WLMH Foundation Governing Board.
‘We look forward to a new state of the art facility providing; clinical, surgical, emergency, maternity and newborn services in a safe, warm and caring environment. We anticipate that the new hospital project will begin in the early months of 2022. Through your generosity and our communities working together we will help achieve the overall new hospital project goal of $50M. It is very exciting to announce that as a community we are approximately only $1M away from that goal,’ states A.J. Jethva.
