The Grimsby Kinettes hosted the 26th annual Mini Putt Tour on Sunday March 12, raising an amazing $10,000 directed to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation for Diagnostic Imaging equipment.
The day consisted of teams of 4 competing in a walking pub-crawl style mini-putt challenge at various host restaurants in downtown Grimsby (Legion, Rikochez, Forty Public House, Judge and Jester, Teddys). A breakfast was enjoyed by the participants at the Grimsby Legion and the day ended with dinner at Teddy’s Sports Bar.
Kevin Antonides, Chair WLMH Foundation, gratefully accepts the cheque from the Grimsby Kinettes Breanne and Courtney. Kevin states, “It is through wonderful events such as this mini putt that we come together as a community and ensure that our hospital and caregivers have all the tools that are needed to keep healthcare in West Niagara at its best.”
