Tim Hortons restaurant owners and millions of generous Canadians across the country together broke a new Smile Cookie record by raising $10.56 million for local charities across the country.
This year in Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln, local Tim Hortons restaurant owners Larry Thornley, Chris Ridieger and Ryan DiTommaso and guests helped raise $34,948.15 to support West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Since 2005, the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign has raised over $195,776 for our local hospital.
“Thank you to the teams at the Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln Tim Hortons for their hard work and dedication and to their guests for supporting the smile cookie campaign. Also, we are grateful to the many volunteers who visited the restaurants to decorate cookies. Together we continue to enhance health care and have a positive impact on the health and vitality of our community,” states Pamela Ellens, Executive Director, WLMH Foundation.
“We were absolutely blown away by the generosity of Canadians for our annual Smile Cookie campaign,” says Tim Hortons Chief Marketing Officer Hope Bagozzi.
