Smile Cookies for $1

Posted on Monday, September 17th, 2018 |

This year, the annual Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign runs from September 17 - 23 in participating Restaurants across Canada.

During the campaign, West Niagara residents can indulge in a decadent, freshly baked chocolate chunk Smile Cookie for $1 plus applicable taxes, and the Grimsby and Smithville Tim Hortons Restaurant Owners will donate the full $1 to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation.

We’re encouraging Grimsby and Smithville Guests to share their smiles on social media using the hashtag #SmileCookie to show their support for West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Nationally, Tim Hortons Restaurant Owners support more than 500 local charities, hospitals and community programs through the Smile Cookie campaign.

Last year, the Smile Cookie campaign raised $7.2 million across Canada.

In Grimsby and Smithville, $14,131 was raised to support West Lincoln Memorial Hospital last year.  Since 2005, the local Tim Hortons restaurants have raised some $98,656 for our hospital.

The Smile Cookie campaign began in 1996 as a way to help raise funds for healthcare in Ontario and has grown to become a major fundraising event at Tim Hortons Restaurants.
